Congratulations card  
You will need:

Tri - fold cream card with aperture
Pale pink vellum
Embossing tool
Deep pink card stock
Formal gown silver peel off
Mini foam pads



Double sided tape
Deep red ribbon
Baby pink liquid pearls
Silver peel off congratulations
Pink glitter glue
Red netting

How to make the card:
1. Using deep pink card stock slightly larger than the aperture in your card cover with red netting securing it on the back of the card with double sided tape ensure the netting is pulled tight.
2. Place double sided tape around the edge of the aperture on the inside of the card and secure your prepared pink card and netting.
3. Now place double sided tape around the edge of the card panel you have just stuck the card stock too.
4. Once you have removed the backing paper from the tape place a length of deep red ribbon on opposite corners and overlay the ends on to the double sided tape and then secure down the first third of the card to this panel. Ensure all edges are stuck down.
5. Along one edge of the ribbon put some glitter glue dots.
6. Around the edge of the aperture now facing you put small dots of liquid pearls.
7. Place a congratulations peel off or other sentiment underneath the aperture. Set aside to dry.
8. Place a formal gown peel off onto pink vellum as well as 5 rose heads and cut them all out including above the neck line on the dress.
9. Turn over the vellum on to a padded surface and using an embossing tool emboss the under side of the roses.
10. Emboss the bodice of the gown and emboss small roses on to the lower panels of the dress.
11. Secure the roses around the edge of the aperture with mini foam pads.
12. Secure the dress using the adhesive of the coat hanger on the peel off and a mini foam pad under the bodice which has been embossed.
