is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is £5 worth of goods before
postage and packing. Postage is free for orders over £60
but £2.50 otherwise. We ensure goods are packaged
well and are always sent out in pristine condition.
Do you have a retail
shop?
We are an e-commerce/mail order business, and are not set
up as a shop and therefore cannot facilitate visitors.
Where should I send
cheque payments and order forms to?
7 Tavistock Road, Springfield, Essex CM1 6JL.
Do you have a brochure?
At the moment all goods can be viewed in our online
shop. We have provided clear images and descriptions
of our products to aid you in your choice. We hope to have
a brochure printed soon.
Warning
Many of our products have, or are, small components. Please
do not give them, or give cards made using them, to small
children.
Internet shopping
How do I place an
order?
When you enter the shopping cart you will have many goodies
to choose from. You can log in or open an account to make
shopping quicker on future visits as well as allowing us
to keep you informed of new products available or workshops
(this is optional). To order products couldn't be simpler
- just click on the "add to cart" button after
each product, and where indicated choose your colour preference
or shape. Once you have finished making your selection proceed
to the checkout and through the guided payment system. Secure
debit/credit card processing is performed by Paypal.
When you have successfully placed an online
order with us, you should receive two emails, one from Paypal
stating you have paid and is a confirmation that your credit/debit
card has been charged. You will also receive an email from
us confirming that we have received your order. If you do
not get these e-mails, you have either not submitted a valid
e-mail address or your transaction was not successful through
Paypal. Paypal allows you to keep an eye on your order and
to remind you what you have ordered. If you have received
both these emails, we have received your order.
I need my order
urgently - what can I do?
Please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate
your requirements. However, you will have to cover the additional
delivery costs.
What if an item
I have ordered is out of stock?
On the rare occasion goods are not in stock we will inform
you of the delay and ask whether you wish us to send you
the rest of the order.
How do I know your
site is secure?
Our payment facility is very secure as we wouldn't risk
losing customers or frauding them. When you enter your credit
card number all that passes over the internet is a scrambled
message which is only decrypted by our secret keys in our
software. This system is the safest way to buy and as safe
as passing your card over a shop counter.
What if I don't want to pay on
line?
We are a mail order company as well as e-commerce so if
you do not want to pay online and wish to make a postal
order please print off the order
form and complete. Send this
with details of payment as outlined on the form. Orders
sent through the post are deemed to be received on the day
of receipt of the postal order. We advise you not to send
credit/debit card details by email or cash through the post
- if you choose to, this is at your own risk. We also have
the facility to take credit/debit card orders over the phone.
Cheques
Orders sent through the post with a cheque are deemed to
be received on the day the funds clear. Please make cheques
payable to Crinkle Crafts. We can also take orders through
fax but you need to contact us first either by telephone
or email. |
